Delete Connected Account Data

Disconnect an authorized account at any time, then remove its imported identity and related provider data.

Disconnect a connected account

  1. Sign in to Sprout Content Operations.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Connected Accounts.
  4. Select the account.
  5. Click Disconnect.

Disconnecting clears the stored access token and refresh token, stops future synchronization, marks the account as disconnected, and records the action in the audit log.

Delete imported data

  1. Sign in to Sprout Content Operations.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Find the connected account.
  4. Click Delete imported data and confirm.

Deletion removes the imported TikTok identity, tokens, provider video and metric snapshots, and provider identifiers attached to publishing records. Necessary audit records are anonymized instead of retaining the account identity.
